The doctor said he didn't find anymore precancerous cells in the second biopsy!
No more surgery! He says the oncology department will be following up with me and decide if I need any further treatment, but considering how tiny the site was and the fact that it was just precancerous, he thinks it is unlikely they'll want to do radiation or chemotherapy. Also they'll be checking up on me, both in oncology and in the surgery department every 6 mos for the next 5 years, and I'll have to have a mammogram every year instead of every two years.
But, no more surgery! No more precancerous cells.
I think I'll do my happy dance now!
Thanks again for all the good thoughts, prayers and support!
